Empress Sissi was named after Elizabeth Amalie Eugine, one of the most important Empress of Austria in the 19th century. Back in the 1980′s, Empress Sissi was created by a family from Austria and in the middle 1990′s the Caligiuri Corporation took over and decided to keep its name. This one represented a story which showed how the Empress took pride in everything she did. The Caligiuri Corporation took it further with its efforts and commitment to focus only in creating and elaborating the finest desserts to delight every palate. Our specialty cakes, delicate pastries and fine desserts have adorned numerous tables and have been the finale to many memorable engagements. Our 15,000 square foot state of the art facility enables our team to create and customize any dessert to fit the needs from the individual to the corporate level. Our pastry chefs are in the know with art of cake and pastry design and are constantly looking and developing new ideas. We understand that no request is too small and we are here to provide you with the highest quality you deserve.
